Sent within 3-5 working days from the day of sale. Orders placed on the weekend or bank holidays will be processed and sent within 3-5 working days from the next working day.

Sent within 3-5 working days from the day of sale, deliveries can take anywhere from 3-17 working days to arrive in your country. Orders placed on the weekend or bank holidays will be processed and sent within 3-5 working days from the next working day.

Lost Parcels
​
If a parcel is lost/undelivered please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can inform our courier of the missing parcel.
Return & Exchange Policy
If for any reason you want to return something or exchange it for a different size or colour, you can do so within 14 days of delivery. Returns need to be new, unused, in original packaging and with all the labels intact. This can be arranged by emailing us here.

Please note, you are responsible for paying the postage charges for returning goods to us. We strongly recommend you ask for a proof of postage in case the parcel goes missing on its way back to us. We do not refund the original postage and packaging charge. Exchanges are sent out to you free of charge.
